Project management support: meetings coordination, planning, communication with stakeholders, documentation of meeting minutes and project status
Quality management system experience specifically working knowledge of performing changes to standard operating procedures (SOP)/work instructions (WI)
Highly desirable ERP (SAP) & WMS experience
Working experience in a fast-paced distribution environment preferred

Support Arches Project implementation management in all phases which include design, testing, data entry, systems & infrastructure upgrades, change control, business readiness and go-live
Work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Project Manager
Propose improvements/solutions to project phases
Build an effective working relationship with DC Operations leadership team
Coordinate Microsoft Teams meetings and track attendances
Take meeting minutes, distribute, and follow up actionable items of these meetings with different stakeholders
Create, maintain & follow-up on report updates
Upload, create and maintain files in SharePoint/Teams folders
Perform other project related tasks as assigned by Project Manager
