Job Responsibility

  • Consolidate weekly open RFQ list from dashboard to enhance the quoting efficiency
  • Assist in analyzing cost delta, price changes, and supplier quotations
  • Support on supplier onboarding, including vendor code creation and PGr maintenance
  • Maintain quotation database to let internal customers easily access to
  • Maintain IIPECs (CoG savings tracking)
  • Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Technical skills: SAP, MS offices
  • Reporting skills: Capability of consolidating validation result for next step actions
