Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Professional, you will play a key role in supporting operational requirements for our Saudi customer. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you will coordinate and manage customer requirements across the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within strict timescales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer orders through the full end-to-end supply chain
  • Coordinate order book activities, including both routine and priority requirements
  • Raise pricing requests and process orders through to final delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets in line with customer expectations
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including BAESAI KSA, Wincanton, Eurofighter, and other internal/external partners
  • Produce regular reports and updates on supply chain activity
  • Use Microsoft tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) to analyse data and present insights

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
