Job Description

Our partner in the facilities services sector is seeking a Supply Chain Process & Control Specialist to streamline operations and build a robust internal control framework. With 5-8 years of experience, you will be the architect of standardized processes across the group.

Job Responsibility

  • SAP Optimization: Simplify and re-configure SAP MM processes to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Internal Controls: Establish critical control points, including approval workflows, Purchase Order (SAS) requirements, and Goods Receipt (GR) compliance
  • Systems Integration: Coordinate with the IT department to lead system enhancements and automation projects
  • Standardization: Initiate and manage projects aimed at creating a unified supply chain structure across all group entities

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Excellence, Internal Audit, or Process Design

  • Provide tactical support to define and test business processes during the development of new processes and procedures
  • Gather information and provide written IT requirements to support development of new IT tools
  • Participate in IT requirement reviews and coordinate for others to participate in testing, and provide approvals when IT products have met acceptance criteria.
