In Supply Chain we take the lead to support compliance and performance in planning, as well as finding opportunity to optimize and automate planning agenda. We work with different stakeholders to achieve agreed availability at lowest possible cost.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take lead and secure the central planning tasks across ranges in connection to centralized and common planning tasks
  • Secure Implementation, Establishment and Compliance of agreed Ways of Working across the supply chain planning functions
  • Connecting Business with Solution and Process development
  • Execute centralized planning tasks on behalf of the business
  • Secure evaluation and implementation of new processes, working methods and solutions to contribute to operational excellence and best practice across functions
  • Contribute to additional assignments within or across functions like projects, pre-studies, etc.
  • Stay up to date with the changing trends in business and solution
  • Contribute to the competence development agenda by leading trainings and education

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Planning processes, tools and systems
  • Solving problems through creative mindset
  • Investigate problems and propose resolutions
  • Background/experience working with supply chain planning
  • Sharing knowledge, hosting workshops, promote best practice
  • Interest in the people and the challenges they have and to provide solutions
  • Network within the planning community
  • Participation in forums and competence networks
  • Able to prioritize and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work operational and tactical level
  • Mindset of helping people and business
  • Experience with Power BI and/or SQL or similar tools is merit
