Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst Intern to join the Global Supply Chain Planning Organization. This candidate will support specific demand and supply planning projects, focused on creating dashboards and tools that support day-to-day planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives. Topics may include Sales Funnel, Customer Forecast, Production Scheduling, and Inventory Management. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst Intern will be exposed to multiple functions of planning, including demand, supply, and production planning. They will learn about the key day-to-day processes of planners and how planners utilize the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to drive decisions. They will experience cross functional collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial operations, and finance. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst Intern will use the tools they build to help planners meet customer service levels plus revenue and inventory objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop dashboards related to Sales Funnel and Customer Forecast
  • Develop tools that be leveraged in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forums
  • Hands on day-to-day planning experience with managing Work Orders and Transfers Orders
  • Refine supply tools that allow us to monitor projected inventory levels against targets and trigger planner action
  • Evolve batch size optimization tool that balances batch size vs. cost

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship program for 10-12 weeks during summer of 2026
  • Current student who has completed at least their second year of undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, industrial engineering or related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g Excel vlookup & pivot tables / Power Query / Power BI / Tableau)
  • Programming / Data Science & Analytics knowledge (e.g.Python / R / VBA / SQL)
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on project coordination
