Supply Chain Planner

• Effective management of inflight product (retail, non-retail & Heavy Galley Equipment) required on board TUI flights
• Managing flow of orders to suppliers, inbound into third-party logistics warehouse and replenishment schedule into home and outstation units
• Meeting regularly with colleagues from source markets to discuss delivery and stock holding parameters
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels at third-party warehouses
• Producing weekly reporting with accurate data
• Developing, sharing and discussing latest stock positions and availability at SKU level
• Effective planning of supplier ordering, bond replenishment and communication
• Communication with Forecast Planners and assistant merchandiser

• Experience in a Retail Supply Chain or FMCG environment
• Experience of third-party logistics and warehousing
• Expert of managing and analysing complex data in a Supply Chain environment
• Good commercial acumen and sound judgement
• Excellent attention to detail, organised and determined to succeed
• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel throughout Europe on a regular basis
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Ability to speak another language (French, Dutch or German) would be advantageous
