The company is seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Planner – Cross Border, responsible for planning and supporting the development of both new and ongoing business through the effective planning and execution of assigned categories within the Intercompany, Premium Spirits, Beer, and Coffee teams. The Cross Border Planner plays a key role in enhancing the country’s and region’s profitability through efficient planning and cost optimization. The role is accountable for implementing the supply planning process, placing orders for beverages and other assigned categories according to supplier lead times, and coordinating all activities related to inbound deliveries to ensure product availability. It also includes responsibility for internal and external reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the supply planning process for the assigned categories within intercompany, spirits, coffee, and beer business
Monitoring inventory levels on a daily basis and adjusting orders to suppliers accordingly
Managing on-time imports of responsible SKUs, ensuring availability and appropriate stock levels by following CB processes/rules
Planning long-term imports, production, and inventory levels using BlueYonder to optimize planning processes and needs
Managing production timings and quantities in different countries for imported SKUs, respecting forecast, sales, lead times, quarantine, BBD/shelf life, and warehouse capacity
Managing the on-time availability of correct promo AW and new launches for imported SKUs in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (marketing, TCCC, commercialization, sales)
Working continuously toward savings by avoiding potential write-offs and minimizing inventory levels
Leading/Supporting sub-projects from within the Planning function
Developing E2E process understanding and identifying opportunities to optimize current processes
Building relationships (networking) with Central Planning, Demand Planning, SC sub-functions, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate planning and successful product launches
Collaborating cross-functionally with other countries, the Group, partners, suppliers/customers
fostering agility and a customer-centric mindset while developing crisis supply plans
Monitoring results and reporting achievements and deviations from the plan
Identifying challenges in a timely manner and proposing necessary actions
Controlling master data
Preparing the annual business plan independently
Creating a strong vision based on contributions from all supply chain sub-functions by exploring and implementing Group initiatives
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of key supply chain planning processes, concepts, and their business impact
Basic understanding of statistical methods for estimating safety stock
Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in root cause analysis
Cost awareness and understanding of cost/revenue impact of decisions
Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and multicultural communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
SAP, BlueYonder, or other planning system knowledge
Proficiency in written and spoken English
University degree with a quantitative background (logistics, supply chain, business, science, engineering)
2–3 years of relevant work experience
FMCG experience considered a plus
