This organization is currently establishing a specialized, newly created team to enhance data integrity and support a major digital transformation within their supply chain operations. As a member of this department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless back-office execution that directly impacts the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Executing back-office activities for the region across several markets to ensure high standards of data integrity
Implementing standardized, lean processes for high-volume administrative tasks
Maintaining gold-standard data quality within SAP systems for pricing and master data
Managing end-to-end credit and rebill processes, including workflow management and invoice validation
Processing customer rebates and agent commissions, ensuring accurate accrual postings
Performing system maintenance for order confirmations and high-volume data entries
Participating in digitalization and automation projects as part of the supply chain roadmap
Monitoring key performance metrics and lead times to meet service level agreements
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, customer service or customer care in a multicultural environment
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or Finance
Previous experience in logistics, customer service or customer care
Fluency in English
Proficiency in SAP (specifically SD & MM modules) is preferred
Nice to have:
Knowledge of French or German is considered a plus
