Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Operations Planner to join a small Supply Chain team. This is a varied role focused on inventory management, procurement support, logistics coordination, SAP data management and supplier administration. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and logistics providers, you will play a key role in ensuring products and materials are available when needed while supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage stock levels for finished products and packaging materials
  • Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records
  • Analyse stock holdings, demand trends and back orders
  • Manage replenishment requirements and reorder settings
  • Coordinate the movement and return of reusable packaging assets
  • Support stock control activities across multiple locations
  • Maintain accurate SAP master data and supplier information
  • Manage supplier pricing records and purchase orders
  • Monitor outstanding orders and take appropriate follow-up actions
  • Produce inventory, service and performance reports
  • Coordinate international imports and direct shipments
  • Arrange transportation and support warehouse operations
  • Maintain supplier documentation, certifications and records
  • Support supplier non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
  • Analyse product demand and usage trends
  • Produce KPI reports and performance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service and stock management
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
