Job Description:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager at T-Mobile oversees and optimizes end-to-end supply chain operations supporting the network equipment lifecycle, spanning forward (inbound logistics, warehousing, staging/kitting, fulfillment, and deployment readiness) and reverse (returns, RMA coordination, repair/refurbishment, redeployment, and disposition) flows. This role leads day-to-day and program-level execution at third-party logistics and repair facilities managing network equipment, materials, and critical spares to ensure operational readiness for network build, upgrade, and maintenance activities. Serving as a primary liaison between Network Engineering, Field Operations, and external vendors, the manager independently owns operational performance, escalations, and corrective actions that reduce service-impacting risk. The role drives continuous improvement across inventory management, cycle time, asset controls, and vendor performance while accelerating adoption of systems and tools such as WMS/ERP enhancements, serialization, and performance dashboards. Success is measured by improved network readiness, reduced aging and cost-to-serve, accurate inventory and asset utilization, and sustained SLA performance across forward and reverse operations.
