Supply Chain & Operations Manager

• Own the Flow: Manage orders, deliveries, invoicing, and reporting with precision
• Optimize Stock & Costs: Balance inventory, cash flow, and margin protection across products, ingredients and raw materials
• Partner Strategically: Negotiate with suppliers, logistics providers, and production partners to ensure reliability and scale
• Drive Resilience: Manage risks, ensure traceability, food safety compliance, and maintain operational readiness for disruptions
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, commercial, and management teams to turn forecasts into action and launch products on time

• 5+ years in supply chain or operations, with strong exposure to retail and B2B within the FMCG-environment
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, stock optimization, and cost control
• Hands-on, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, scale-up environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance is a plus
