Job Description

The Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for the daily operations of all aspects of supply chain logistics and central warehousing of supplies. Under limited supervision, the Manager spearheads initiatives to optimize the storage and movement of medical supplies and equipment and manages the strategic use of the systems central warehouse at the CSC. The Manager assists Supply Chain leadership in the tactical operations of warehousing and logistics for all locations in the MUSC system.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of all aspects of supply chain logistics and central warehousing of supplies
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize storage and movement of medical supplies and equipment
  • Manage strategic use of the systems central warehouse at the CSC
  • Assist Supply Chain leadership in tactical operations of warehousing and logistics for all locations in the MUSC system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 6 years of progressive work experience
  • 1 year of management experience
