Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, located in Mississauga, ON is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Operations Expense Specialist. Reporting to the Manager Process Governance & Integration, the Supply Chain Operations Expense Specialist is responsible for accurate reporting and analysis of Global Supply Chain Cost Indicators as well as expense and capital budget development.
Job Responsibility
Act as the lead within Global Supply Chain for identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable improvements in financial planning and processes
Steward and lead for budget and planning process on behalf of Global Supply Chain Operations
Lead and participate as required in special projects
Analyze and report on monthly Supply Chain expenses with stakeholder input
Provide strategic and operational guidance as a subject matter expert
Provide timely and focused performance gap analysis, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement
Develop and monitor performance criteria related to Global Supply Chain with the Process and Gevernance team
Monitor, analyze and assist in the implementation of corrective action on key performance measures
Develop an overall knowledge of the market (competition, carriers and rates) as applicable to all facets of Supply Chain Operations
Management and stewardship of the Statistical Freight process
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
Requirements
Working knowledge of SAP (FI, MM S&D) and Business Warehouse (BW)
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
5+ years working experience in operations financial analysis
Experience in petroleum business in manufacturing and distribution is preferred
Bachelors Degree
Accredited Financial Professional is an asset
