Job Responsibility
Lead sourcing, inventory, and supplier management activities to support organizational goals
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving accountability and continuous improvement
Monitor inventory levels and planning activities to ensure alignment with business needs
Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and process improvements
Evaluate supplier performance and implement solutions that enhance quality, delivery, and overall effectiveness
Analyze supply chain data and market trends to support informed business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline, or at least 7 years of comparable experience
Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, inventory control, project execution, and the use of performance metrics to guide decisions
Ability to manage several complex initiatives at once while adjusting quickly to shifting business priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and external partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks
experience with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred
Sound analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and make data-informed recommendations
Ability to perform standard office and inspection-related physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, stair use, and frequent hand and visual coordination
