Job Responsibility

  • We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Group Sourcing Manager
  • Act as the strategic link connecting our various European plants (including Germany, Spain, and Hungary) to optimize our global supplier network
  • Work directly with executive leadership and company General Managers across Europe
  • Spend 1–2 weeks per month traveling across Europe, the US, and APAC to audit suppliers and align with local engineering and purchasing teams
  • Find hidden synergies, standardize categories (from electronics and PCBAs to metals and plastics), and leverage collective buying power
  • Map out and identify common components (semiconductors, PCBAs, electromechanical parts) across all group companies
  • Consolidate regional spend data to negotiate high-volume, group-wide framework agreements
  • Evaluate, qualify, and audit preferred international suppliers while developing dual-sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to localized purchasing specialists and engineering teams during new product developments

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain—ideally within electronics manufacturing, technical components, or related technical industries
  • Proven track record in international supplier negotiations and contract management
  • You know how to read spend data and turn it into a negotiation strategy
  • Culturally intelligent, highly adaptable, and comfortable working within a multi-entity structure
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ready and willing to travel internationally 1–2 weeks per month
