Job Description

Robert Half is working with a respected manufacturing client north of Boston looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join its team. This opportunity is open due to business growth, and will have 1 direct report. The job will report into a Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong background in demand planning and forecasting techniques
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools, including SAP Business One
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively

Nice to have

Experience supervising or mentoring team members is preferred
