We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations at our Franklin, WI location. This role will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic planning experience, and a proven ability to improve supply chain performance.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain including purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support company growth
Collaborate with production, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate forecasting and material availability
Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to optimize stock while minimizing shortages or excess
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity
Lead and develop supply chain team members, promoting accountability and operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and forecasting
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
