This is not a traditional logistics or planning role. As Supply Chain Manager, you are fully responsible for the end-to-end factory supply chain, strictly guided by the Toyota Production System (TPS) and the Huf Production System (HPS). You will lead the transformation from reaction to stability, flow, and leveling
Job Responsibility:
Ownership of the complete factory supply chain (planning, internal logistics, material flow)
Design, implementation, and sustainment of pull systems (Kanban, supermarkets)
Introduction and stabilization of Heijunka and production leveling
Reduction of firefighting, shortages, and excess inventory through system improvements
Establishment of visual management and standard work
Daily collaboration with production, quality, and engineering at the gemba
Coaching and developing teams in TPS thinking and problem-solving
Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience with the Toyota Production System (TPS)
Demonstrated track record of TPS-based supply chain or factory logistics improvements
Practical experience with Heijunka boards, leveling, pull systems, and Kanban
Strong shopfloor orientation and gemba mindset
Ability to challenge existing systems and lead change
High sense of ownership, resilience, and personal drive
Traditional logistics or ERP-only backgrounds without TPS experience are not sufficient
