We are seeking a strategic and hands-on ANZ Supply Chain Manager to oversee regional operations. This pivotal role serves as the primary leader for inventory management, 3PL warehouse operations, and transportation, ensuring seamless trade compliance and regulatory excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direction for the ANZ Supply Chain, managing 3PL performance and visiting sites to ensure all operational procedures and service targets are exceeded
Build strong relationships with Global and Regional Commercial Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Service functions to synchronise demand forecasting and supply security
Oversee the end-to-end customer care cycle, ensuring order fulfilment and exception management meet world-class standards
Monitor supply chain performance against Global and Regional KPIs, driving accountability through data-driven insights
Manage the supply chain budget, including cost control and expenditure approval, while ensuring strict conformity to international trade regulations
Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by solving complex problems and streamlining operational activities
Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff, focusing on training, development, and high-performance team behaviours
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience within a global corporation
Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or a TGA-regulated environment is highly advantageous
Proven track record in 3PL management, demand forecasting, planning, and inventory control
Strong understanding of Cold Chain management, Dangerous Goods, and trade compliance for regulated products
Hands-on experience and proficiency in SAP are essential
Ability to analyse complex data to make strategic decisions
Degree in Business
Experience in manufacturing high value low volume complex electro-mechanical products.
