We are partnered with a fast-scaling consumer brand that has built strong momentum across retail and D2C channels. Known for producing high quality, well-crafted products, the business has developed a loyal and growing customer base and is entering an exciting next phase of scale. As the product range expands and new launches are planned, the business is strengthening its supply chain function with a newly created Supply Chain Manager role. This is a hands-on position in a lean and collaborative team where your contribution will have a clear and immediate impact. It would suit someone stepping up into their first Supply Chain Manager role or someone with early experience already operating at this level. The Role: Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you will take ownership of day-to-day supply chain operations, including stock management, production planning, supplier relationships and 3PL coordination. You will work closely with manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure stock availability, forecasting accuracy and smooth fulfilment while identifying opportunities to improve processes and support new product introductions. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, working at pace and contributing to continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage stock, procurement and production planning across a growing product range
Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and 3PL partners, ensuring efficiency and quality
Forecast demand and supply in collaboration with commercial and sales functions
Work with finance on COGS management and month end reporting
Support new product development and operational improvement projects
Ensure supplier compliance with quality, sustainability and regulatory standards
Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Operations within consumer goods, FMCG or food and drink
Experience working with outsourced manufacturing or co packers
Proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills
Confident using data and Excel to track performance and inform decisions
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
Nice to have:
Experience in a high growth brand or start up environment
Familiarity with systems such as Unleashed or Xero
