The position of Supply Chain Manager is responsible to lead the efficient operation of the Site's Supply Chain, which consists of product demand management, supply of packaging materials, delivering the optimal short-term and long-term production plan, collaborating with QC management to define the plan for samples releases, optimizing inventories and uninterrupted delivery of finished products to customers.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop culture to Continuously Improve department cGxP/GDP
Manage and develop new team members, ensure appropriate training is provided, documented and reviewed regularly
Establish individual team member's development plans and goals
Develop and agree ways of working to minimize inventory to optimize use of warehouse space
Lead and encourage culture to ensure all activities are executed in a manner that minimizes risk to individuals, the facility, and the environment and drives
Ensure the Maintenance of safe systems of working, a safe working environment and Mechanical Handling Equipment by regular review of departmental procedures, facilities and equipment
Ensure compliance to controlled drug policies and procedures reference infrastructure of controlled drug store, warehouse physical handling of materials and related computer transactions
Translate business objectives and direction into warehouse activities: anticipate resource requirements with regards to facilities, headcount and CAPEX. Develop and agree budgets and manage and report cost center spend
Develop and agree ways of working and relationships with key internal and external partners including distribution partner
Directing, planning, optimizing and coordinating Inbound, warehousing, outbound and transportation activities
Collaborate with Logistic EU department to set up Transportation partner’s panel. This panel must cover all transportation needs for inbound and outbound activities
Ensure availability of customs documents requirements to perform import and export activities
Ensure GDP’s and GMP’s conditions are maintained in the warehouse, transport and distribution partners
Contributes on the successful introduction of new products in the site and collaborates with the New Product Launch team on supply chain issues
Issues weekly and monthly reports and take necessary actions to achieve SC KPIs
Undertakes any other project or responsibility that is assigned by the company, within the broader scope of the position’s responsibilities
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager position within the Pharma or Food production industry
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or relevant field
