Job Responsibility
Coordinate facility scheduling functions, including weekly and monthly capacity planning, finished goods inventory, and internal customer commitments
ensure the analysis of plant capacity as well as the proper distribution of the finished product to the markets
Analyze supply quotations and proposals, identify alternatives, and select the most effective sourcing strategies
Ensure compliance with inventory and freight policies to support financial and operational targets
Communicate delivery schedules to manufacturing and planning teams and develop recovery plans for critical supply issues
Manage planning activities for work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods
Lead capacity planning processes to ensure operational readiness
Drive long-term strategic initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, cash flow improvement, and business performance, supporting strategies for new business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, supplier partnerships, and MRP II systems
Strong project management capabilities and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex business trade-offs and solve problems innovatively
High level of adaptability, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement
Proficiency in presenting ideas and communicating effectively across diverse audiences
