Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and financial performance
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reducing excess inventory and stockouts
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers
  • Handle customer service issues related to shipping, delivery, and returns
  • Implement and maintain supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, manufacturing processes and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, including procurement, logistics, and inventory staff. Provide clear direction and support to ensure team alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess good knowledge in SCM and D&L experiences
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations

Nice to have

Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred
