Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will step into a Supply Chain Lead role for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage one direct report and take ownership of the business’s import and export operations, with a sharp focus on cost control and logistics performance. At the core of this role is managing international freight, container operations, and direct shipping contracts with carriers. You will drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain, optimise 3PL arrangements, and ensure logistics spend is kept in check. Export operations to Australia and the Pacific Islands are a significant part of the remit, with high-volume pallet movements requiring careful planning and execution. Beyond freight and cost, you will also oversee demand planning, procurement, customs clearance, MPI compliance, and DIFOT performance, keeping the broader operation running smoothly.
