The Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end accuracy and flow of materials through the brewery — from production scheduling support and purchasing, through to goods-in quality sign-off, inventory management and stock reporting. This is an operational role that requires strong attention to detail, good cross-functional communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements
Experience in a supply chain, purchasing, inventory or production coordination role, ideally in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing
Confident user of inventory or ERP systems
experience with brewery management software (e.g. Brewman) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to record-keeping and reconciliation
Good communicator who can work effectively across Production, Warehouse and Finance teams
Proactive and organised — able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise well and flag issues early
Understanding of basic quality and food safety principles (HACCP, traceability, goods-in inspection) is desirable
