The Supply Chain Excellence Lead heads the Global Supply Chain Strategy Office as a multidiscipline department and is accountable for the strategic direction, governance, and execution of transformation and operational excellence across CSL's end-to-end Supply Chain. The role directly manages a department spanning PMO/Change Management, Continuous Improvement (LEAN), Strategy Governance, and Analytics, and indirectly influences multiple global Supply Chain subfunctions, regions, and sites.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Supply Chain Strategy Office, a multidiscipline department, overseeing PMO, CI/LEAN, Strategy Governance, and Analytics teams
Drive the development, integration, and execution of the global Supply Chain strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across all regions, functions, and manufacturing sites
Provide enterprise-wide indirect leadership to global Supply Chain sub-functions, guiding strategic priorities, operational maturity efforts, and governance expectations
Shape operating plans and strategic priorities that influence business performance, resource allocation, and capability development across the global Supply Chain
Lead complex, ambiguous, and undefined problem-solving efforts, diagnosing systemic issues across processes, data, systems, and organizational structures to drive transformation
Establish and oversee governance frameworks and transformation portfolios, ensuring visibility, accountability, risk management, and decision-making at the executive level
Develop and deliver executive-level insights, analytics, dashboards, and communication materials for the SVP Global Head Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Leadership Team, at the minimum
Influence and collaborate crossfunctionally with Finance Business Partners, Digital/IT, Quality, Global Operations, and regional/site leadership to ensure alignment and execution of transformation objectives
Champion continuous improvement and LEAN principles across the global network, embedding operational excellence practices and supporting maturity advancement
Guide resource planning, capability development, and investment prioritization across strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization is structured for long-term success
Develop, coach, and elevate a high-performing team, building future leaders, expanding the department's capabilities, and strengthening strategic execution capacity globally

Professional certifications valued: PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci (or equivalent)
12-18+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain/operations, with a strong record leading multidiscipline transformation across complex, matrixed enterprises
Demonstrated success leading leaders and scaling a department including talent and succession development
Proven ownership of strategy-to-execution portfolios (governance, roadmaps, benefits realization, risk/interdependency management) across functions, regions, and sites
Expertise in solving complex, undefined problems-diagnosing systemic issues (process, org, data, systems) and designing pragmatic, scalable solutions that improve maturity
Strong executive influence and communication, including preparation/presentation of insights for senior leadership teams and enterprise forums (e.g., COO/Global Operations)
Depth in supply chain operating models and systems (planning, ERP, advanced analytics/visualization) and performance management (endtoend KPIs, controltower practices)
Track record embedding LEAN/CI and operational excellence, achieving measurable improvements in service, cost, quality, and resilience
International experience and leading crossregional initiatives highly desirable
