Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations focusing on the Supply Chain module
  • Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs
  • Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications
  • Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices
  • Support post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.

Requirements:

  • A (Master’s) degree in a relevant field e.g. engineering, IT, Business etc.
  • Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the Supply Chain module area of an ERP system
  • Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and document processes effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
