Job Responsibility:

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain development initiatives, including brand integrations and portfolio rationalisation
  • Drive end-to-end planning improvements and process optimisation across multiple sourcing sites and countries
  • Support complex transformation projects to strengthen scalability and operational performance
  • Ensure strong alignment between Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, and Master Data by defining ways of working and closing process gaps
  • Act as a key partner to Planning and Operations leadership, providing insights, data analysis and recommendations
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed best practices across the supply chain organisation

Requirements:

  • Preferably an academic degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply planning within a complex environment—pharmaceutical or FMCG with multi-country, multi-site sourcing preferred
  • Skilled in common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and ERP/planning systems
  • experience with IFS and So99+ is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and capable of motivating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and spoken English
