Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end Network Optimization: Drive strategic optimization projects for IKEA's end-to-end network using advanced analytical tools
  • Network Scenario Planning: Support to make strategic network decisions through fact-based data analysis and future scenario planning
  • Omni-channel Network Design: Support to build up an optimized omni-channel network that fits market specific needs to ensure seamless online-to-offline customer experiences
  • Market Expansion Support: Develop supply chain roadmaps to enable business growth in new markets and countries
  • Innovation Principle & Process Development: Establish and implement best practices, methodologies, processes and approaches for supply chain network design

Requirements

  • Solid background in supply chain management and network planning
  • End-to-end supply chain knowledge and mindset
  • Proficiency with supply chain optimization tools
  • Strong data analysis capabilities (SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, etc.)
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with both strategic vision and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to express complicated reality in simple way (e.g. through storytelling)
