Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst (Level 4) to join the Supply Chain Work Movement team in Everett, WA on first shift. This role will require strong analytical capabilities, data fluency, and technical acumen to drive insights and process improvements. You’ll leverage data visualization tools, SQL, and supply chain analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational performance. We are seeking analytical thinkers who thrive on solving complex problems with data, enjoy building scalable solutions, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Job Responsibility:
Serves as an integrated line of business team member ensuring that inventory, production, and integrated schedule information needs are understood, complete specifications are identified, and that appropriate analysis, research, report, or other support is identified to address those needs
Transforms complex Business Intelligence requests, both internal and external, into useful products with actionable outcomes that utilize the most credible and efficient data sources
Identifies actionable issues through data interpretation and research
Utilizes a variety of software applications and data sources to develop Business Intelligence methodologies, analysis and KPIs
Actively develops new tools and system enhancements, troubleshoots and solves data issues
Seeks out, identifies, documents, and initiates resolutions to data quality issues
Report KPIs and aggregate predictive analytics / trends from multiple data sources and scenarios
Ability to go beyond basic data visualization to build robust, insightful reports
Knows how to merge, append, and transform data to build reports
Ability to Connect / Transform data from multiple data sources
Ability to create data relationships and perform simple DAX
Familiar with finding, manipulating and correcting errors in “M” Language using Advanced Query Editor
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
4+ years of experience in building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership
2+ years of experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries or working with relational databases
2+ Experience using data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of manufacturing operations
Project Management Certification
