Supply Chain Coordinator

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations
• Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays
• Process tooling repair orders and calibration requests
• Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Prepare documentation for Dangerous Goods shipments
• Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems
• Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities
• Generate and maintain operational dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow
• Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft
• Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements
• Maintain AOG dashboard and provide real-time updates to MCC

• 1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset

• Hands-on aviation experience within a highly regulated, fast-paced operational environment
