Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain demand, usage and forecasting models across key asset and consumable categories, using actual install rates, engineer usage, customer demand, planned operational activity and known business growth assumptions
Analyse short, medium and long-term stock requirements to support availability across engineer vans, PUDO locations, CHH warehouse stock and any other agreed stock holding points
Produce regular stock reports covering availability, coverage, fulfilment, asset status, under investigation stock, aged issues, stock movements, exceptions, variances and emerging risks
Provide proactive recommendations to the Supply Chain Manager where stock levels, run rates, forecast accuracy, lead times or operational changes indicate potential risk to service, cost or customer confidence
Maintain and improve reporting routines that support daily, weekly and monthly governance meetings, including clear commentary, trend analysis, root cause and recommended actions
Use data from Qlik, JobWatch, logistics partner outputs, supplier information and internal trackers to create a single, reliable view of stock performance and operational risk
Identify stock anomalies and data integrity issues, investigate root cause and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent repeat failure
