Supply Chain Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage inventory levels, track orders, and forecast demand to minimise stockouts and excess inventory
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to improve supply chain performance
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Implement best practises in supply chain management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination or management
• Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes is preferred
