As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the smooth flow of materials into our manufacturing operation, ensuring production plans are met and inventory is well managed. Working closely with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams, this role is ideal for someone looking to build depth in planning, purchasing & supply chain operations.

Job Responsibility:

Own and manage MRP outputs to ensure timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and consumables across the factory
Plan, place, and manage purchase orders while coordinating international freight and inbound logistics
Maintain strong supplier relationships and proactively manage performance, risk, and cost
Ensure ERP and inventory data accuracy, including safety stock settings and DIFOT performance
Drive continuous improvement across purchasing, planning and supply chain processes

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, MRP, and inventory management
Experience managing international suppliers, freight, and documentation requirements
A detail-focused, proactive approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A continuous improvement mindset aligned to lean and best practice supply chain principles
