We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational support across multiple supply chain functions within a fast-paced aviation environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain or logistics career who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering results under tight timelines. The successful candidate will be cross-trained across several functional areas, allowing flexibility to support daily workload priorities while contributing directly to improved operational performance, reduced backlogs, and enhanced service levels.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations
Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays. Process tooling repair orders and calibration requests
Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Prepare documentation for Dangerous Goods shipments
Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems. Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities. Generate and maintain operational dashboards
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow
Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft. Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements. Maintain AOG dashboard and provide real-time updates to MCC
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset
