Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to provide operational support across multiple supply chain functions within a fast-paced aviation environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain or logistics career who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering results under tight timelines. The successful candidate will be cross-trained across several functional areas, allowing flexibility to support daily workload priorities while contributing directly to improved operational performance, reduced backlogs, and enhanced service levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations
  • Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays. Process tooling repair orders and calibration requests
  • Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Prepare documentation for Dangerous Goods shipments
  • Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems. Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities. Generate and maintain operational dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow
  • Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft. Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements. Maintain AOG dashboard and provide real-time updates to MCC

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset
