NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting practice is currently looking for a Supply Chain Consulting Manager - Operations and Analytics remote (+ client visits) for our growing team in the Netherlands. As a Supply Chain Consulting Manager - Operations and Analytics, you will focus on implementing actionable results across the entire Supply Chain, with emphasis on logistics operations and Supply Chain networks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering successful supply chain consulting services to our customers
  • Be the primary contact point for the client and keep the client apprised of project status
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of all project personnel and resources
  • Instruct and mentor consultants/analysts in the techniques and methodology required to achieve the deliverable requirements
  • Develop effective and polished presentation material from analysis results for interim and final deliverables
  • Via excellent communication skills, develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Support sales of Supply Chain Operations service offerings
  • Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT DATA's overall brand and positioning
  • Support development of methodologies and new service offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, science, technology, math, business, or related major
  • Several years of working experience with emphasis on Supply Chain, logistics operations, warehouse automation, transformation and process excellence, transport procurement and optimization, Supply Chain technology implementation (e.g. TMS, WMS)
  • Several years of working experience in (operations) consulting and/or a project-based role
  • Several years of experience in using quantitative tools to analyze business data (e.g. SQL, KNIME, R, Python and other data analytical tools)
  • Excellent language skills (Dutch and English fluency) - must have
  • Willing and able to travel based on project location and/or client demand

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Consulting experience
  • Experience with supply chain modeling environments (e.g. Coupa Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder Supply Chain Strategist, Optilogic, Aimms, or similar)
  • Experience with Transport Management Systems (e.g. Blue Yonder, Oracle, Alpega, Tesisquare, or similar)
  • Experience with Warehouse Automation and/or Management Systems (e.g. Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Oracle, or similar)
