As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with clients to assess and enhance their supply chain strategies, processes, and operations
Utilize data analysis tools to proactively understand client strategies, business process activities, and controls
Analyze client's business processes to identify weaknesses, deficiencies, and associated risks
Develop action plans to mitigate identified risks and bring the business back in control
Design and implement tailored solutions to improve supply chain resilience and efficiency
Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Provide advice to senior client staff on topics such as risk, internal audit, analytics, and more
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management
Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude, demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, and show passion for supply chain management
Commit to continuous learning and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements:
Hold a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or a related field
Posses 2 to 4 years of proven experience in supply chain consulting, in relevant industry roles or in operational process optimization
Interested in risk-related assurance and advisory projects
Professional proficiency in English mandatory
Demonstrate an analytical mindset and the ability to display complex data in an understandable way
Team player but can also work independently
Thanks to your good social and communication skills, you know how to adapt to different types of environments
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI is also an asset
Nice to have:
Hands-on or implementation experience with supply chain tools such as OMP, SAP, TMS, WMS, or others will be considered as a plus
Posses Green belt, APICS, and/or project management certifications, which are advantageous
Industry experience in Consumer or Life Sciences is a plus
