Job Responsibility

  • Outline strategies and road maps that lead efforts to align with DoD standards, mitigate risks, and facilitate seamless CPSR audits by the DCMA
  • CPSR Audit Preparedness: Ensure compliance within the supply chain organization as related to CPSR audits and global compliance
  • CPSR Audit Execution: Oversee all internal and external audit activity and build strong relationships with the DCMA CPSR auditors and the ACO, coordinating on-site/virtual audits, document submissions, and response timelines
  • Global Supply Chain Compliance: Set strategy and vision for overall global supply chain compliance for US DoD and international operations, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations (e.g., EU GDPR, UK Bribery Act, Australian Defense Export Controls) across 20+ partner countries
  • Ongoing Compliance Support: Be aware of all supply chain compliance regulation changes and incorporate them into operating standards

Requirements

  • At least ten (10) years of extensive experience in A&D supply chain compliance
  • Progressive growth supporting and leading CPSR audits with experience interfacing with the DCMA and the ACO in support of CPSR audits
  • Expert-level knowledge of FAR and DFARS as related to supply chain flow downs and CPSR audit preparedness
  • Able to effectively communicate at executive levels
  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing high-stakes audits under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication to interface with DCMA, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset for risk assessment and root-cause analysis
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (required for classified programs)

Nice to have

  • Any supply chain certification, PM certification, Compliance certification
  • Experience as a leader in a supply chain or legal function with significant experience in supply chain compliance
