Job Description

You will play a vital role in providing essential clerical support to our vehicle maintenance, auto body damage and fleet services departments.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing inventory
  • Processing purchase and repair orders
  • Handling invoices
  • Managing accounts payable and receivables
  • Ordering automotive parts, tools, and other necessary supplies
  • Answering phones and effectively communicating with both internal and external parties
  • Assisting with onboarding and training
  • Providing valuable clerical support to the on-site manager

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office clerical work
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive a variety of vehicles and type
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
