Requirements
8-10+ years FMCG / beverages / process
substantive SC career across ≥2 sub-functions. Manufacturing leadership exposure strongly preferred (Plant Manager / Production Manager / Mfg. Excellence). Track record of leading capability or operational excellence at scale across multiple sites / countries. Internal CCH appointment preferred. Engineering, Industrial Management, SC or Operations degree
