As a Supply Chain Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities across inventory management, planning, order processing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Manage inventory data, support forecasting and planning activities, and assist with order and credit management processes
Support assembly and operational workflows to ensure smooth execution of daily activities
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other internal partners
Contribute to special projects that support broader business and strategic objectives

Requirements:
0–2 years of professional experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a closely related field earned within the last 12 months
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High emotional intelligence with demonstrated cross-cultural awareness
