Job Description:

Supply Chain Associate – Logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. The role is responsible for tracking third-party performance, handling freight and customs documentation, ensuring contract compliance, and driving process improvements to deliver high-quality service

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor shipping and storage performance of third-party vendors
  • track inbound and outbound delivery performance
  • Quickly identify and resolve IDoc-related issues
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Incoterms
  • Possess a good understanding of customs clearance processes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on logistics
  • Manage contract compliance as well as Freight invoice creation and correction
  • Implement improved work practices to achieve high standards of work and maintain established procedures
  • Provide quality service/advice in accordance with agreed service standards

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ocean logistics within a corporate environment
  • Strong SAP end-user experience in IB (Inbound), OB (Outbound) creation and amendments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting
  • Experience communicating with the Digital team and resolving IDoc errors promptly
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP (ERP) & strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, senior management & team members
  • Fluency in English (written & oral)
