Our beauty client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join their dynamic Supply Chain team. This exciting 12-month opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build foundational experience within supply chain operations while gaining exposure to the fast-paced beauty and consumer products industry. The selected candidate will work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, support cross-functional initiatives, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of supply chain functions including planning, forecasting, inventory management, order management, and operational support. This role will also provide exposure to large-scale data management, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, highly organized, and excited to learn within a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly support
Assist with month-to-month operational and reporting activities across multiple supply chain functions
Manage and maintain large volumes of operational and product-related data with a high level of accuracy
Support reporting systems, spreadsheets, and operational tracking tools
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to support business objectives
Assist with special projects and general supply chain administrative support
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working
Ensure strong attention to detail across all assigned tasks and deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the past 12 months
0–2 years of experience (internships and project-based experience welcomed)
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Engineering or technical degree background is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and professional maturity
Customer-service oriented mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
Ability to work independently while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have
Exposure to supply chain, operations, logistics, or inventory management environments
Experience managing large-scale data sets or reporting systems
Product Master Data experience is a strong plus

Experience within beauty, consumer products, retail, or CPG industries preferred
