Working closely with the Supply Manager, you will be the engine room of our procurement process. You'll handle the administrative heavy lifting to ensure a continuous supply of goods from our UK suppliers. This isn't just data entry; you'll be interpreting trends, forecasting demand, and managing the lifecycle of an order from placement to delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Data Analysis & Forecasting: Use trends and lead times to calculate stock requirements
Order Management: Raise and process purchase orders via our ERP system and track them through to receipt
Supplier Liaison: Be the point of contact for UK suppliers-resolving price discrepancies, confirming delivery dates, and coordinating collections
Reporting: Produce weekly reports for our Sales Agents and keep arrival dates updated for accurate budget and stock tracking
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous supply chain records and assist the Supply Manager with ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in a strong administrative role
Supply Chain experience is a major plus
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently within an office-based team
Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated
