Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain accurate supply chain reporting and insights across procurement, demand planning, supply planning, and logistics
Support and own the Sales & Operations Planning process, providing data-driven insights and scenario analysis
Analyse supply chain performance to identify opportunities to improve cost, service levels, and operational efficiency
Maintain and improve demand planning processes to support production and capacity planning
Analyse trends, seasonality, and promotions to enhance forecast accuracy
Monitor and optimise inventory levels, minimising stockouts and excess stock
Manage phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) planning to reduce obsolescence and ensure product availability
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems, processes, and supply chain visibility
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues and prevent reoccurrence
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and deliver key projects
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective decision-making and operational delivery
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience using SAP or similar systems
Background within FMCG or manufacturing environments (food & beverage preferred)
