Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Supply Chain team, ensuring continuity during the Material Planner’s medical leave
Manage and analyze supply chain data to support planning, procurement, and inventory decisions
Utilize SAP, Excel, and Power BI to extract, process, and report data for cross-functional stakeholders
Track material availability, inventory levels, workflow progress, and operational KPIs
Identify risks, delays, or supply constraints and escalate findings when necessary
Support process improvement projects within the Supply Chain function
Assist with documentation, reporting, data validation, and workflow optimization during the IBP project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of supply chain activities
Provide support for special initiatives and operational enhancements as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
Proven experience in Supply Chain operations or related analytical roles
Proficiency with SAP in a supply chain or operations environment
Strong skills in Excel and Word
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Advanced data analysis capabilities with strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
