This is a newly created opportunity to step into a Supply Chain Analyst role where you can make a real impact from day one. On an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, your reporting will help shape the way the business sees and manages its supply chain. Based on the Auckland city fringe, this is an immediate start opportunity. You will take ownership of supply chain insight, using data from multiple sources to develop clear, actionable dashboards and reporting. Your work will directly support smarter decision-making across the business, giving stakeholders better visibility of activity, trends and spend. Alongside this, on a day to day you will support the office based transport and logistics team with hands-on coordination activity.
Job Responsibility:
Build Power BI dashboards from scratch to turn complex data into actionable insights
Analyse supply chain activity and spend, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Deliver insights to influence commercial and operational decisions
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Collaborate with the logistics and transport team on day-to-day coordination
Requirements:
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
proven experience in a data-driven analytical role
confident building dashboards from scratch in Power BI
using advanced Excel to extract, manipulate, and interpret data into clear, meaningful insights
