Job Responsibility
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly supply chain KPI reports
Manage monthly inventory reporting and track follow-up actions
Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy across demand, supply, and logistics systems
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
Support order tracking, expediting, and issue resolution
Assist in managing supply constraints and backorders
Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delays
Act as a central point of contact to follow up on cross-functional actions
Support communication between demand planning, supply planning, and logistics teams
Help manage short-term operational issues and escalations
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Lead AI-related initiatives
Drive standardisation of reporting and ways of working
Document key processes and support training material development
Assist in preparing presentations and analysis for senior stakeholders
Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects
Provide flexible support aligned with business priorities
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
