Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst supporting enterprise leadership by executing strategic direction, accelerating innovation, and spearheading key initiatives. This position facilitates business growth and efficiency through the examination of operational systems, procedures, and the design of improvements utilizing both business and technological tools. This is achieved by analyzing system requirements, calculating costs and impacts, and establishing efficient technology-enabled processes. The Supply Chain Analyst employs their skill set to bridge the gap between business-related issues and systems, with the objective of enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain processes, drive automation, and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and resolve supply chain challenges
  • Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain operations with business goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional product development and data teams, to understand system needs in a specific domain area and set of tools, and support the implementation and delivery of internal digital products
  • Conduct advanced analysis to interpret high impact business needs and translate them into comprehensible product recommendations and system requirements
  • Develop understanding of the system/tools ecosystem as used by the team, and continuously assess and refine for continuous improvements
  • Work with Technical Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Data Analysts across global regions to achieve common goals and roadmap targets
  • Benchmark internal processes against industry standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience driving improvements in Supply Chain or 6+ years experience in analytical roles within systems development environment, consulting or implementing products for supply chain functions
  • Proven track record of success in communicating clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and defining technical system architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with ambiguity. Demonstrated experience in recognizing issues and finding alternative paths forward
  • Demonstrated experience of trying new approaches, balancing risk and impact, experience using data to influence decisions, process & detail oriented
